We use Pilates exercise programs, with dynamic spinal stability exercises involving the use of gym balls & floor exercises.
Robin Townsend also practices at the Clinic, working in her areas of special interest. These include: Women’s Health (continence issues & pregnancy related pain), (child development & bed-wetting), Gerontology (falls & balance rehabilitation and home visits).
The Paradise Health Clinic caters for all age groups as well as sports, work & motor vehicle injuries and Department of Veteran Affairs clients. We also offer pensioner & health care discounts.
